Collection of Processing Fees purchased under Hong Kong Airlines Official Website

Hong Kong Airlines will collect Processing Fees for any ticket purchase under Hong Kong Airlines website for flights originating from Japan (Point Of Origin) from 30Sep23. The Processing Fees will be levied on a per travel sector basis irrespective of fare type and ticket type purchased under Hong Kong Airlines official website.

Important Notice:

- The Processing Fees will be collected for all travel sectors on any ticket purchase under Hong Kong Airlines official website as Point Of Origin Japan from 30 September2023 (local time).

- The collection is subjected to the number of travel sector(s) in the ticket issued.

- The collection is valid on any ticket purchase under Hong Kong Airlines official website only.

- The collection level is subjected to the first sector departure origin and is not valid with first travel sector departure from Hong Kong International Airport.

- The actual collection level is subjected to the display currency under Hong Kong Airlines official website.

- The collection is valid for all seat occupied passengers including Adult and Children.

- The collection is non-refundable item except in any involuntary situation such as cancellation of flights operated by Hong Kong Airlines.

- The collection is not valid for any ticket re-issues if the collection has been included in the previous transaction.
