Hong Kong Airlines Special Ticket Handling for Flights to/from Taipei

In response to the recent earthquake in Hualien, Hong Kong Airlines is offering a waiver of all fees for rebooking, rerouting, or refunds on all our flights to and from Taipei to allow for more flexible travel planning:

 

Affected Route

All Hong Kong Airlines flights to/from/ through Taipei

 

Ticket Issuance Eligibility

Tickets must have been issued on or before 3 April 2024 with a confirmed booking on Hong Kong Airlines

 

Original Travel Dates

For departures scheduled between 3 and 13 April 2024

New Travel Completion Date

 Travel must be completed by 27 April 2024

Ticket change deadline

Changes must be made on or before 13 April 2024

 

 

Remarks:

· Customers who made their bookings through a third party or travel agent should contact the respective outlets for assistance.

· This waiver is valid for one change per ticket only

· The rebooked sector must adhere to the terms of the applicable fare rule. Any additional fare differences should be collected as required

· Fare and tax differences may be applicable

· No-show surcharge waivers are not included and once no show on the flight, no show fee will be applied for reroute/rebook and refund fee will be applied
