Philippines travel restrictions

Starting from 1 September 2021, all passengers travelling to the Philippines are required to register for One Health Pass QR code.

All passengers are required to complete an Electronic Health Declaration Card prior to their arrival.
Entry, testing and quarantine requirements for foreign nations (Effective 10 February 2022):
-Foreign Nations entering Philippines visa-free
-Foreign children travelling with Filipino Nationals
-Foreign Nations entering 9(a) visa
-Foreign Nations with other types of visas

Filipino passengers who have recently recovered from COVID-19 but still test positive in the required per-departure Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain (RT-PCR) test may be allowed to enter the Philippines. Please click here for requirements.

Hong Kong Airlines staff will perform document checks at the airport to confirm if passengers are eligible to travel to destinations with restrictions in place. Passengers without checked baggage and holding mobile or self-print boarding passes will be subject to document check before boarding.

 

Passengers will also be asked to declare their travel history to help us ensure eligibility to travel.
