Suspension of Hong Kong Airlines flights to Auckland

Hong Kong Airlines will suspend its scheduled service between Hong Kong and Auckland from 22 May 2019 following a review of its network and an adjustment of its business strategy.
The last Hong Kong Airlines flight from Hong Kong to Auckland will be HX027 on 19 May 2019, while the last flight from Auckland to Hong Kong will be HX028 on 21 May 2019.
Hong Kong Airlines will offer alternative travel arrangements to passengers who are already booked on its Auckland flights after the service ends, including:
· Free change of travel date to Auckland before 22 May 2019
· Full refund to passengers who will travel on or after 22 May 2019 and wish to cancel their trips
· Free change to any destination operated by Hong Kong Airlines (applicable fare and taxes difference may apply)
· Free transfer to other partner carriers to be arranged by Hong Kong Airlines (subject to availability)
