Electronic devices larger than a standard smartphone
Travelers should be prepared to remove these devices from their protective cases or outer packaging for inspection.
Quantity of 12oz (350ml) or larger are prohibited in carry-on baggage (except medication, baby formula and human remains).
Travelers are suggested to place all powder-like substances in check-in baggage.
Any liquids exceeding 100ml, in containers over 100ml and/or duty free items containing liquid in excess of 100ml are not permitted in carry-on baggage.
Please be aware that there is a secondary security screening of your carry-on items at the boarding gate of Hong Kong International Airport for all passengers departing for the U.S.
