Promotion period: From 15 June 2007 to 14 June 2008.
Limousine pick-up service will be arranged for passengers who have:
i) Business Class tickets in subclasses “C” & “D”, or
ii) Business Class tickets in subclasses “C”, “D” & “J” for both Hanoi (HAN) and Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) routes, AND they have confirmed their flight reservation in advance.
One-way ticket-holders departing from OR flying to Hong Kong are entitled to free limousine service travelling from the city to the Hong Kong International Airport OR vice versa. Round-trip ticket-holders are entitled to take both journeys.
Passengers or their travel agent(s) are required to contact Vigor Tours directly at (852) 2739-3828 to reserve the limousine pick-up service.
Passengers or their travel agent(s) have to ensure with Vigor Tours that their limousine reservation is confirmed at least 24 hours prior to their departure date. Passengers are responsible for the collection of Limousine Voucher(s) through their travel agent(s) or from Hong Kong Airlines.
Cancellation of or changes (of date or time) to the pick-up service must be directed to Vigor Tours at least 24 hours prior to departure, or the voucher(s) will become invalid after the designated date or time.
The limousine service covers all necessary tunnel and bridge tolls and parking fee at the Hong Kong International Airport. No extra payment is required.
A surcharge of HK$200 (or its equivalent in other currencies) will apply to passenger(s) requesting pick-up service between 00:01 and 05:59, Hong Kong time.
There is no cash value for the Limousine Voucher(s), which may only be used in Hong Kong for the limousine pick-up service to/from the Airport.
Upon ticket refund, passengers or through their travel agent(s)#, will have to return the original Limousine Voucher(s) to Hong Kong Airlines, otherwise a handling fee of HK$500 (or its equivalent in other currencies) would be charged for the lost document.

Vigor Tours shall bear the sole responsibility for the safety of passenger(s) throughout the journey. Should there be any concerns regarding the safety issue, passenger(s) should contact Vigor Tours directly. Hong Kong Airlines is not responsible or liable for any safety-related issues.
Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right of final decision on the service offer.
